The Foley Insertion Tray is an “accessories-only” kit, meaning it provides all the necessary sterile components for a catheterization procedure except for the catheter and drainage bag. It is specifically engineered to support aseptic technique, which is critical for reducing the risk of catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs). This specific model features a 30 mL pre-filled syringe of sterile water, which is required for catheters with larger 30 cc balloons. It also includes essential prep items such as a graduated collection basin, waterproof underpad, fenestrated drape, and PVP swabsticks.
